The hotel is conveniently located near almost everything, with the city center just a 5-minute walk away. Guests mentioned that the area felt safe even at night. there are several restaurants nearby that offer wonderful food. The hotel's location right next to the river also provides a pleasant atmosphere.
The bathroom renovation was poorly made, with "sticker" type "tiles" that were coming off the walls.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The receptionist was helpful and provided great customer service. The room was spacious and had modern furniture. It was also very clean. The location was ideal, close to the city center and within walking distance of main attractions, shops, and restaurants. We loved the fact that there was a cozy bistro downstairs with a nice terrace. The area felt safe, even at night. this hotel had excellent facilities, a convenient location, and friendly staff.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and the center of Florence. The room was spacious and clean, with modern furniture, made it feel comfortable and cute. The bathroom was also great, with all the necessary amenities. I appreciated the effort of the hardworking cleaning staff who kept everything super clean. The bistro downstairs was a nice bonus, providing a cozy atmosphere and a lovely terrace. I had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers great value for money, with spacious rooms and modern furniture. The location is fantastic, situated right above the amazing Gamberini coffee shop. The staff at the front desk are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful.
